专利摘要:
Pipe for building a thermally insulating conduit, obtained by butt welding at 131 prefabricated pipe sections or bars 11 to each other, each formed by two concentrical pipes 21, 31 connected at their ends by special cylindrical joints 41 substantially having the shape of a horizontal Y fork, the annular gap 101 being filled with thermally insulating material. Additionally the area (14, Fig. 1) external to the cylindrical joints at the butt weld can be filled with insulating material after the pipe sections are connected. The connection can readily be checked for faults and prevents any undesirable cavities being formed as might happen with conventional concentric pipe joints. <IMAGE>

专利说明:

The invention relates to the construction of pipelines and can be used in the construction of subsea pipelines, mainly with thermal insulation.
The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability by reducing the number of welded joints.
A pipe for the construction of a thermally insulated pipeline consists of prefabricated and butt-welded pipe sections, each of which consists of two pipes arranged concentrically two, the diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of the pipeline being constructed and the diameter of the other pipe larger than the first. These pipes are connected at their ends by means of special cylindrical intermediate inserts, butt-welded to these two pipes, so that together with them they form a sealed annular space, which is filled with thermal insulation material. These special intermediate inserts are made in the form of V-shaped fittings, the outer ring of which, welded to a pipe of a larger diameter, has cylindrical and conical sections, and the inner one, welded to a pipe with a diameter equal to the diameter of the pipeline, has a cylindrical section.
Between the two V-shaped mating fittings that are butt-welded to each other, a cavity is formed that faces the outer surface of the pipe and is therefore easily accessible, thereby providing an opportunity to provide high-quality and uniform thermal insulation of the pipeline by making cavity heat insulation material after welding fittings.
The process of building a thermally insulated pipeline includes the steps of connecting prefabricated pipe sections to each other at ends located concentrically between two pipes by means of special cylindrical inserts having a longitudinal forming part of a V-shaped, butt welded to these pipes, the stage of filling the annular gap with thermal insulation which seal well

as well as the stages of transporting said pipe sections to the working platform and their successive joining by welding.
Figure 1 shows the pipe, a longitudinal section; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1.
The pipe contains pipe sections 1, which must be butt-welded to each other for the construction of a thermally insulated pipeline (only two mating sections are shown in FIG. 1).
Each section 1 is formed of two concentrically arranged pipes 2 and 3, of which the inner pipe 2 has an outer diameter of the pipeline under construction. Said concentrically arranged pipes 2 and 3 are then connected to one another at their ends by means of two identical special cylindrical fittings 4, which are butt-joined to said pipes by means of welds 5 and 6.
These special fittings 4 have their longitudinal forming in the form of a horizontally installed ring, in which the outer ring 7 is joined end to end with a butt weld joint 6 to the pipe of larger diameter 3, and with its other end through the intermediate ring in the form of an expanding cone 8 9, which in turn is butt-in joined by means of a weld 5 to the inner pipe 2.
By this, a sealed cavity 10 is formed between the fittings 4 and the pipes 2 and 3, which is filled with a heat insulating material. This filling can be done by applying heat insulating material to the inner pipe 2 before inserting it into the outer pipe 3 and welding the special fittings 4, and by introducing special resins into the cavity 10 through the corresponding holes, which are then sealed.
In order to form the pipeline, pipe sections or rods 1 made in this way are butt-wired in series with each other via a circular weld seam on the edges (Fig. 2) of cylindrical rings 9 of said special fittings A.
The external cavities that are formed between the fittings 4 welded to one another are also filled with heat insulating material.

The formula of the invention is, Pipeline for the construction of a heat-insulated pipeline mainly in marine conditions, formed from prefabricated pipe sections of two concentrically arranged pipes, the diameter of one of which corresponds to the diameter of the pipeline being constructed, and the diameter of the other pipe larger than
first, and the ends of the pipes are connected by intermediate inserts, butt-welded to two pipes with the formation of a sealed annular space filled with insulating material, which is so that, in order to increase reliability by reducing the number of welds, each intermediate insert is made in the form of a fitting V-shaped, the outer ring of which is welded to a pipe of a larger diameter, has cylindrical and conical sections, and .internal, welded to a pipe with a diameter equal to the diameter of The pipeline has a cylindrical section.
